Anthem electronics and room correction
Anthem treats electronics and the listening room as connected parts of the experience. Its amplifiers, receivers and processors span two-channel listening, home cinema and distributed audio.
Electronics with the room in view
Anthem is a Canadian audio brand with products for stereo and multichannel systems. Its portfolio includes integrated amplification, power amplifiers, AV receivers, surround processors and distributed-audio electronics.
Anthem Room Correction, including ARC Genesis on compatible products, measures how a system behaves in a room and calculates correction. This makes room interaction part of the setup process rather than an afterthought.
Plan the system before the calibration
Begin with the number of speakers, seating positions and sources. A surround receiver includes amplification, while a processor typically requires separate power amplifiers. Channel counts, connections and supported features must be checked for the exact model and version.
Electronic correction works within the choices made during installation. Speaker and subwoofer placement, seating and acoustic treatment remain part of the plan. Our services help connect component selection with room acoustics and the way you use the space.

Questions before you listen
What is ARC Genesis?
ARC Genesis is Anthem’s measurement and room-correction software for compatible products. It uses measurements of the system in the room to calculate correction curves.
Does room correction replace acoustic treatment?
Room correction is one part of setup. Placement, seating and treatment should also be considered when planning the listening environment.
Do I need an Anthem receiver or processor?
A receiver combines processing and amplification. A processor is used with separate amplification. Your channels, sources and installation goals help determine the appropriate approach.
